If anyone wants to come over and clean I might cook for you. Today I'm making chicken and dumplings. I could be persuaded to make pie too.

And you guys are all just trying to get this thread closed by posting off topic! This is a serious situation. We women want properly fitting tees and hoodies :)

Youre right Mindi.... A good T-shirt and hoodie are important....
The hoodies are what I turn to on a cold crummy days...
They can cheer me up and make it a little brighter a little easier......
Kinda the same way the music can But it doesnt work so well if that shirt/ hoodie doesn't look the best on you.

It was a great idea to start this thread ;)

We don't want the square icon colors as women's tee colors. The black is fine.

Ok crappy pictures, I suck at taking pictures. Don't look at my room, I'm sorting my kids winter and summer stuff. You can see the inconsistency. I think mens shirts pretty much are about the same size in every brand. These are no where near the same. The biggest one I have is a large :?:
    These are all womens shirts.
And yes I am by no means skinny, but this shirt should cover my belly. This one is a 2XL

Sz XL, short and baggy :(

Womens sz Large. Length is good, but hugely baggy. And this one isn't dirty, my dog got muddy paw prints on it so I tea dyed it.

SZ XL, again short. And OMG don't look at my arm flab :o I recently lost over 80 lbs and need to start getting rid of the jiggly stuff.

Blech, looking at these pictures will make me inspired to lose the last 20 lbs I want to lose
That blue one is the exact one I have!! I like that red and black one, too. The sizes seem really inconsistent.
    Congrats on losing 80 lbs!!!!

    thanks!

Yesterday I wore a Wishlist tee, and I had modified it. And it was black to begin with, so I added orange sleeves, jersey/raglan style. But it would be nice to be able to grab a tee out of the closet that I didn't have to cut apart and redo the whole thing 8-)

Just wanted to add more to my scatterbrained, but a neat freakness.
So far today while I was cleaning the kitchen
I picked up one of the cereal containers off the table, walked over to the counter where it goes, decided to get a drink of coffee so I picked up my cup and luckily I looked in it because it was full of dirty paint water and Q-Tips. Clara wanted to paint last night and we couldn't find a paintbrush so I told her to use q-tips.
Anyway I did not drink the paint water. But while I was looking for my coffee I picked up the cereal container again and threw it in the trash. And I don't mean a box of cereal, I'm too OCD for that, so all of my cereal goes into neat plastic containers. But yeah I tossed it in the trash

  • We need a PJ crafts thread, you all have inspired me!! Between my husband and myself we have several PJ t's that have seen better days and I didn't want to throw them out, but they were on the verge of becoming 'yard work' shirts. So I think I'm going to cut a square or rectangel around the logo and dates/logo on back (if there are any) and try to make a quilt. TRY is the key word. I'm also working on a baby blanket for my new niece (stitching the words for Thin Air).

I was just thinking the other day I'll probably make a quilt too. I confess, I have about 40ish mens PJ tees that I never wear except to bed.
A quilt should be easy, but if you need any help, I'll try to offer suggestions. I don't think I sew that great, but I'll try

Maybe they could give us a try-on room at the shows!
    They need to :D

They got my Analog shirt back this morning, I put delivery confirmation on it, wonder what I'll get back :?:
I did give them some ideas, all good. I'm not a mean girl. 8-)

I've officially lost track with where we are at here... I got my "Analog" t-shirt yesterday in a Ladies XL... I can quite safely say, it may be the largest t-shirt I have ever seen! Absolutely MASSIVE!!! Looks like it may be a 4XL... it's bigger than my mens large Vancouver t-shirt (which swims on me). It is a gigantic square box and ugly as all get out! I would need to take it in at least 4-5" on each side... the shoulder seam is halfway down my upper arm. Absolutely insane... it is exponentially larger than any others ladies t-shirt they have ever produced. I am a womens US10-12 on top, I'm also 5'11"... I just don't get what is going on here. Not that it really matters, I would never wear that t-shirt anyway.

Mine was 17" across the front, no stretch so no way were my boobs fitting in it comfortably. I wear 12-14, 36D boobs. Mine was like skin tight :(

I promise you, mine is not 17" across the front... closer to 24-25"... I swear. It's wider than it is long but it is definitely labelled Ladies XL. I am 38C, so I have a broad back and fully appreciate tightness and the need for give... I could fit a whole other person in that t-shirt with me!

Mine didn't say Ladies, just Xl. I swear it was a kids tee

See I'm thinking based on other PJ womens tees, people assumed this one would run small so they ordered a size or two up. And some of these are running huge.
    We need consistency!

Based on this sizing... I would say I would need a medium or even a small... there are many things I am... small isn't one of them!

Can anyone give me the measurements of the ladies medium and/or large in the Analog t-shirt?

Ok I was just folding laundry and came across the Easy Street tee I bought in Seattle. It's a womens large. Measured it, 16" across. But it has stretch so I can wear it. I get the boob ripples though and since they didn't expect women with boobs to wear it (I guess) it barely comes to the top of my jeans. :(
    I wear it though!
