    Usually I try to maximize my stay by taking the first flights out of New York and the latest flights back home, but who knew they charged significantly more for later flights (I didn't since the last flight I was on was Sept. 2017 to Chicago).

    Wow. You guys are leaving early. My flight on the 3rd to Newark isn’t until 2:00pm - unless they change it.

    I’m on United as well, but flying in on Aug 30th and out on Sept 3.

    I’m flying in on the afternoon of the 30th from Newark (in the off chance that I’m somehow able to get my hands on GA tickets for 8/31 and decide to line up early the next morning). Then from there I’m driving to Chicago and flying home at the crack of dawn on 9/8.

    Cool. I guess I will see you at the gate. When I went to Boston in 2018 there were quite a few of us on the same flight. It was fun.
