Out of curiosity, and to stimulate some convo, what are some other interests we Minnesotan TenClubers hold?

Mine:

Cooking (professionally and at home).
Football(pro, college and fantasy).
Hockey (pro and college).
Beer (drinking and brewing).
Other music, obviously.

Wait, what? I saw the two per night @ First Ave, and then a Pantages theater show on Friday.

Edit: Wow. He added shows through the week. We saw him last year on his "pop-up" tour and it was funny, but not the same as when he was doing polished material. If it wasn't $55+/ticket, we might go.

Side note: Hannah and my first "date" (it wasn't a date, she says) was a Dave Chappelle show back in 2004 at the State Theater.

That guy kills it every time.

Sports watching (Gophers, Twins, anything Minnesota)
Sports playing (hockey, handball, softball)
Reading (fiction, classics, biographies, Stephen King, Dave Eggers, Faulkner, Dickens)
Writing
Collecting (sports memorabilia, signed books, vinyl)
Standing in line for things (estate sales, seating for public readings by authors, record store day, autographs)
Travel (planning for another Europe trip...maybe next year? 2015?)

On the flip side, my hobbies aren't necessarily enabled because we do or don't have money (trust me, we ain't rich). Sure, you need some money, but generally, books are cheap (when used), sports league fees are one-time, travel isn't always, records are usually cheap (used especially) etc.

Everything's doable on a budget (meaning, we plan ahead for the fun stuff). And that's from a guy who'd put his student loan debt balance up against anyone's. :P
