Well, I am in a 13 years relationship (only living together for 3 years) and I think that sometimes we do let ourselves get carried away with our own business, routines, life, work, money issues and we "forget" to value what we have with that special person that has been by our side for so long...
Fortunately, every once in a while, there's a song or a movie or an expression that instantly reminds us why we have been together for so long and most of us are lucky enough to be reminded before it is too late:)

meh, for me it was too late. Divorced for almost two years now. Still not over it... not that I'm depressed or anything I just have no desire to be in a relationship with anyone else, or even date.
Everything not forbidden is compulsory and eveything not compulsory is forbidden. You are free... free to do what the government says you can do.
