Got a little dilemma this week.

I am in 3rd place but with a win this week I can be in first place. So I am debating benching Roddy White and starting Pierre Garcon in his place. Atlanta is playing Detroit who has a pretty damn good defense but Indy is playing New Orleans. Garcon has been a big playmaker the last few weeks while White has been nursing a knee injury and has been rather quiet the last 2 weeks.

    Thoughts?
He who forgets will be destined to remember.

    9/29/04 Boston, 6/28/08 Mansfield, 8/23/09 Chicago, 5/15/10 Hartford
    5/17/10 Boston, 10/15/13 Worcester, 10/16/13 Worcester, 10/25/13 Hartford
    8/5/16 Fenway, 8/7/16 Fenway
EV Solo: 6/16/11 Boston, 6/18/11 Hartford,

white has been a dud this year....but man....i would have a hard time benching him...and i have him in one league

garcon hasn't done much either....have him in a different league...

given the choice, i'd roll the dice on white

  • dont bench your studs, plain and simple

you bench roddy, he will go off

if you really cant stomach your draft choices, then shop him. seems like you'll take what you can get, and it will be better then garcon no doubt

    dont bench your studs

  • RB dilemma for this weekend. I start 2 and I have Beanie Wells, Mendenhall and Pierre Thomas. Beanie Wells is a must start against the shitty Rams. I'm debating benching Mendenhall against the Ravens....he has sucked this year. Plus Pierre Thomas is facing the Bucs and Ingram is still out for the Saints so he should get most of the carries. I hate these situations...I've been waiting for Mendenhall to blow up one week and I know it will happen if I bench him.

are there any decent pick ups in your league?

No...theres nobody decent worth picking up. I feel like Mendenhall is one of those "must-start" guys no matter what, but he has been pretty brutal so far this season.

I guess you kinda of have to start him, but with the Ravens D...uhg

has Thomas done anything this season?

He had like 40 total yards and a TD last week. He should get more carries this week w/ Ingram being out. I hate Mendenhall against the Ravens D...he hasn't been able to run on shitty defenses this year so I don't see why he would be able to run on the Ravens.

my team is banged up..players most likely out..mcfadden, bradshaw, and johnson (hou)

available...hillis, thomas (mia) both questionable..got no one on the bench besides grant from gb..any sleeper picks out there? old man faulk from ne gets touches and usually produces but you never know with a ne rb..

gone..just the guys are mentioned are available then just a bunch of backups..ringer from tn is available..if johnson starts out slow he could get carries..buster olhney claims bradshaw is gonna give it a go...but who knows..just picked up lynch (at least he starts) and hillis hoping he plays.

i would say nelson..maclin and desan should have good games vs. my bears..lloyd is pretty solid every week.

yeah ... but with the eagles ... there just isn't enuf touches to go around ... with mccoy, avant and in the case of last week ... celek ... rarely do both of them have good games on the same week ...

Jacobs may be a good fill in if Bradshaw doesn't play. New England's D is pathetic...

Yea, it's tough to start 2 WRs on the same team...especially if their offense has a shitty game, then you're fucked.
