And the winner is... whispering hands. thanks all for playing - was nice reading about the places you want to go. Hope you all get there one day!

I'm giving away This All Encompassing Trip for free. It’s a real inspiring book. Makes me love PJ all the more knowing that they have fans such as the author Jason. Not to mention the people who he’s met, who go to the shows, etc. People like here in the forums ..dimitrispearljam, GivenToLukinKP, etc, etc.too many to list..
So while I think the book is great; the reality is I won't read it again (there’s just too many books in the world!). Rather than it sit on the shelf for years, someone else could now read it. All you have to do is post here where you’d most like to go on a trip if money weren’t an object. (The place, and then a quick sentence on why you’d like to go there.) I’ll then throw names in a hat and pick one Saturday 9/24 at noon. Shipping on me anywhere.

I’d like to go to Sri Lanka. To dive, surf, and just experience island life with it's people.

Cheers to 20.

I have two trips I would really want to take.
1st, I want to see Pearl Jam at the Gorge, then backpack around in Washington for a while.
2nd would be to go to St. John in the USVI and lie on a beach for the rest of my life.

    thanks man.

Outer space -- I remember looking at those world of tomorrow type things when I was a kid.

"By the year 1999, colonies in earth's orbit... All the comforts of home... Artificial gravity will be created by blah, blah, blah..."

I so wanted to be one of those colonists.
  • Richard Branson's Private Island for a year.
  • If money is no object, I'd buy into this http://www.aboardtheworld.com/ and sail the world for a few years. And I'd definitely bring my dive gear!!! :D
I'll ride the wave where it takes me

  • For me it has to be Henderson Island in the south pacific. It belongs to part of the Pitcairn Is. It is uninhabited and can only be reached by boat two or three times a year. I would love to go there with just my guitar and notebook for a year. Can u imagine the night sky? Google earth it and just looking at it brings such serenity.

    Cheers

    One word. Norway. Thank you.

    :D

North of Norway especially, beautiful landscapes, northern lights- amazing stuff. My ex boyfriend was there three times,i think (before we met 8-) ) and i just fell in love with this country. Absolutely amazing. I would just take my camera and all equipment and go for a long photo shooting trip. Probably wouldn't like to come back home at all :)

If money were no object and I could actually save money, I'd take the wife on a trip to New York, New Jersey, Chicago and Seattle before finishing up in Toronto.
