Man I'm glad to hear it went well. I was getting worried after nine days! Sucks that you missed so many events but I suppose in the grand scheme of things a movie doesn't really matter. Hope your doing ok.

I sent a letter to 10c about Bill's situation. Him having to go to the hospital very abruptly and missing both Toronto shows as well as the movie. Him being at the hospital and asking me to find anyone to use his tickets. He just didn't want them going to waste. (Amazing guy to be in the hospital with a brain tumor and still being so concerned about his PJ tickets not getting used.)

Unfortunately I never heard anything back from anyone. I was really hoping they'd do something nice for him. Not sure what. Little care package. A PJ20 book or a poster. I don't know. Maybe it's just me being upset and wishing I could do more for him. Not sure if there was a better way to go about it or not, but oh well.

Bill's situation is still in need of your thoughts and prayers.

Like his text to me the night before his surgery....... "Keep on rockin'"

Wishing you a speedy and full recovery, Bill. I just read about your situation this evening. I was so sorry you missed the shows and the movie, but like someone said, there will be plenty more shows to attend, and the DVD will be out before we know it!

Hey Bill-

Don't know how I missed this...maybe because I don't pray :shifty: . but I DO believe in karma, vibes, support, all that other stuff.

you and I have a bit in common...PJ fans, Ohio boys and......unfortunately.....major health issues . I got diagnosed with rectal cancer in May and have since done 2 months of radiation and chemo, had my rectum removed :shock:, joined the colostomy club (you don't want to be a member) and have 6 more months of chemo coming up. not a great summer for either of us.

BUT.....with the support of my wife, my friends and FOLKS ON THIS BOARD, I am getting thru this. my new mantra is "this is the hand I was dealt, I'll play it the very best I can." and I'm doing pretty good actually.

take the strength of all of us pulling for you and GET WELL!!! I have no doubt you can
