I drink herbal tea. My teeth hurt when I drink a chamomile lemongrass tea, but not when I drink peppermint herbal tea.

that cutting ties and having nothing to do with a person you dont get along with is the best thing

    I clearly overbooked myself.

I know the feeling. I have serious time management issues. I always overestimate what I can actually accomplish and underestimate how much time it will take
My sister does this to me all the time.. drives me insane!

It was more like re-learn.. but, here's what I was reminded of.
Delusional people see their delusions as reality. It's a set in stone truth to them. They cannot see, nor can they be convinced of the actual truth. Everyone else can. But they are not mentally equipped with that ability. Their delusions are their reality. Like a prison.

It was like living with Ed ( not Vedder obviously), all over again.. I had to remind myself that my words mean nothing to the person bound by delusions.
Frustrating.. like arguing with a three year old.. but mostly sad.. cause this person will never be "right". This illness isn't something you grow out of. Schizophrenia is forever. So I was reminded of that..

We all have that capacity, and it's just human nature to act on it sometimes. Fortunately, you have a huge heart to counter that.

It's actually only 35% for commercial stations but CBC is required to play at least 50% Canadian content.

I may think I'm still 29...but my body doesn't agree, shows Thursday to Monday night non-stop is exhausting.
