Sorry this happened, Mindi. Wow. I'd be more than willing to send a few $....maybe we can raise enough $ to get you a GA ticket.

    Mindi,
    you say you used PayPal
Since I don't think that 10C or TM/LN accepts PP as an option I'm assuming that you must have used your PayPal Credit Card?????
If so that would be Good News!
If you used the CC, you would be covered by the Visa or MC guarantee, would you not? :D
Even if not, I have been involved in a PayPal dispute that was opened much later than the 45 day grace period and eventually resolved favorably
Contact PayPal with your information, including any correspondence that you have and they may allow it
Be warned though that this will take a lot longer than the few weeks we have left before you need PJ20 tickets but it will make it worth your while in the long run....at least eventually if you can prove your case, and it looks as if you can, you should be refunded.

I cannot imagine that 10C would step in to resolve a dispute between 2 members over ticket purchases
Still, its a shame that with all the good-hearted people in this community it only takes one to sour the grapes

I hope things work out and I sure hope you're able to get a ticket one way or another
I'm sure we'll see you there
    Chin up my friend
    peace,

you can use names ... we see this kind of thread all the time on the porch ...

    usually, it goes like this:

    1. a member calls another member out for not living up to obligations
    2. the rest of the board supports the OP

    the results are:
    1. the member being called out gives her/his side of the story and the whole thing is cleared up
    2. the member gets shamed into doing the right thing
    3. we now know who not to deal with

i've never seen anyone getting banned for posting their story but i could be wrong ...

ultimately, it will be social pressure that will help you in this case ...

Yes used my paypal debit MC.
But if I dispute it with them or MC they will take it up with who I paid, 10C, I have no issue with them at all.

And I hate how that thread is locked now so I can't defend anything that was directed at me, or said about me.

Got your PM. Sorry to hear about the situation. It sucks!

Did you have to login to her 10c account and use your CC or did you just give her your CC info?

We did both. She gave me her log in info, i gave her my card info. Yes we were that good of friends that I trusted her enough to do that.

We were both going to log in and try for tickets. She was out of town when the tickets were going to be on sale with no internet. That day she went to Starbucks to try to pick up a connection but it was really slow, so I had better luck.
