I will need to remember to go to AAA and get actual maps of Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio. Lately the GPS has led us astray, especially trying to navigate to and from stadiums. I don't want to end up in Lake Michigan
Don't use a GPS to get to Alpine - met a few people at a show there last summer that tried it and got stuck about 20 miles away in the middle of nowhere!
head west to IL59. head north on IL59, to US12, to WI120. bam.

That's usually the way I go too. That darn intersection of 12 and 173 in Richmond is killer though, would like to try to find a way to avoid it.

how is 173 west to 12 north at that intersection? i was thinking you could cut up on solon road?
