how good is it on tap at the pub ![:D :D](https://community.pearljam.com/plugins/emojiextender/emoji/yahoo/grin.gif)
Had a pint after work on Thursday, now I am craving another.
I bought a 4 pack of cans for a bday party tonight, hope it is as good as on tap.

the best.
love the pub cans. just make sure you pour into a glass
Can't do it. It's like drinking a milkshake for me.
This is the first time I have bought the cans, usually I buy it from the pub on tap.
As a goverment vendor you shouldn't be talking about things like "car bomb"!
Drink it from a glass. You just can't beat the taste of a Guinness when drinking at a pub/bar. The cans just can't replicate that.
I think you can probably drink it from the can. The can has some kind of ball in it that is supposed to simulate a tap. I've never tried drinking it from the can, I always pour it into a glass. Delicious
I hope my mate has a nice beer glass at his place!

It's a widget. When you pour your beer out into a glass, it's supposed to be the same as if you had gotten it from the tap. If this is the thing you are talking about.
Still doesn't make a difference I think. You just can't replicate beer from the tap.
Love it. Expensive in the states though.
it's not the same here, at the pub or in a can. it is brewed locally and it's just not the same. not sure if you can get 100% imported Guinness here.

i haven't had it for a very long time. when i used to work in a pub we got guinness and kilkenny on tap and the guy from C&UB come out and gave us all a lesson on pouring a good guinness, i had worked at other pubs that had it so knew how but went anyway. this was a 9am lesson mind you, so we sat round learning how to pour pints of guinness and kilkenny and then drinking said pints. not cool to get somewhat drunk on guinness at 9am.
At the end of Belfast gig Eddie was drinking a large bottle of Guinness...
cellar temp
sorry, but sam adams, yuenling and goose island are the most over rated beers in the US.
guinness is hit and miss. sometimes it's excelletn, other times it's lacking
I think sam adams sucks too. Tried the Sams Summer Ale last night. Wasn't awful, but it's not good either
Guinness is my favorite. Love it. Definitely hve a few tonight
The cans I bought were imported I am sure, had ''British standard drinks" on the labeling.
Good thing about Guinness is that it does not leave you bloated, it is awesome.
I love a variety of beers, but Guinness will always be my one true love. I'm dying to try it in Ireland!
Same, one of the reasons I want to go there!
