1)cut all spending(except for border patrol)on ileagle residents (medical, housing etc.)
also stop the constant flow of imigrents coming into this country, we could open the books
for new citizens say every 5 years to limited numbers.
2)an outside source to do an investigation on all spending activitys by the federal government
3)limit welfare to those healthy enough to work ( 1 to 2 years max)
did you know that there is over $2 billion a year collected just on cigerett tax's....unreal !

2) how much will this cost? who will do it? who will oversee it? what is being investigated? who sets the criteria for what is good vs. bad spending?
3) define "healthy"...
