    but what do you think abouy the money paid back from GM and others after the bail out ? do you think that money was used to pay back on the debt ? I was just thinking about that last night and wondered if they (government) used that money someplace else or did they aply it towards the national debt ?

    the auto bailout was just that, a bailout. it was money loaned to them to keep them from going under that was to be repaid to the government with interest, which it was. it was a good investment on the part of the federal government and saved a lot of jobs. it has nothing to do with paying off the debt.

    and to answer your question, bush got us into these wars, especially iraq which had nothing to do with 9/11 or bin laden. the cost of that iraq war in us lives and treasure is immeasurable.

    I say lets try them all, so everyone is scared to run... No more presidents=Good!


    I'm not trying to say he did the right thing, I'm just trying not to laugh at the idea that two people dying under a decision a president made becomes a significant event.


    I guess Bush got more than his fair share of bitching out, so lets have Obama have it too. Throw them all in jail. ;)
