Met Jeff last night

I really can't believe this happened.
After having an amazing night sitting third row at Eddie last night, I was on a high on the trip back to NY from NJ. This being my last show of the tour, I was glad it ended on such a great and powerful evening.

I was waiting outside of MSG (Penn Station) for a ride, and a familiar face comes walking right towards me. My eyes bug out, and all of the sudden the words "Hi Jeff" come out of my mouth with a big goofy smile. He stopped and talked for a moment. I told him I was just at Eddie's show in NJ and that it was amazing. To which he said he was there a couple of nights ago. He chatted a little more and then said "It was nice to meet you"

What an amazing Pearl Jam summer!

    I met him before in 1999 after a Three Fish show, and got my picture taken w him. I have had that picture hanging over my bed in the 5 apartments I've lived in since... but decided not to include that into our discussion last night.

    He just saw the Police @ MSG.

    I saw the Police last summer...$150 1 hour 40 minutes 1 encore song...wow...puts a PJ show into perspective

    A bit off the subject, but I dreamt last night that jeff and matt quit the band
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    Know how many times I've stood on that corner and my RIDE never showed up? And you get Jeff...get on your knees and thank the God Eddie doesn't believe in!

    Can't you give us any more details about what was said, he was alone, I take it, bloody hell, even I'd go see the damn Police this late in the game if I could go with him. Don't make us call and email your professor to make sure this story is true, now, come clean with us! (I'd put a smiley face here, but I don't know how...)

    That's too funny. I was just thinking about that today. I still feel bad for that guy who generously shared when Jeff spoke to his class at U of Montana. He got reamed for it!

    It was a few minutes... we just talked about Eddie's shows...he was by himself...
    It was really nothing except for the fact that it was JEFF F'N AMENT!

    I'm so glad I picked that corner to wait on... *sigh*
