Right, but why is this poster just now upset? He or she has had a month to send a simple email to the Ten Club asking for either a date when things will be ready by, or else a cancellation. It just seems strange to me to get word that the product is starting to be shipped, and as a result... get angry? :?

YES!! This is a really good album. I've had it on repeat for a few days now and love it. Seeing live at Easy Street last week makes me really look forward to seeing them at PJ20.

I got shipping confirmation ages ago to but i think they were an accident and were pulled because of the songbook....don't know if we'll get another??
I still think the delay was due to the wait for Ed to be back in Seattle to add his sig as the final touch. It all would make sense to me as that would explain the extra delay and possibly why he didn't sign much during the solo shows I think he was saving himself to for the 600 or so songbooks. He put alto more into this from what I hear than a lettering contribution on the klausen posters so why not!
anyone expecting it signed I wouldnt get too excited....would be an awesome surprise of course but i doubt it. I expect they sold thousands of these.

I have learned my lesson on this "pre order". Going forward I will not be ordering anything that is available in the real world from the 10C and I will not order anything together in one shippment. I think it is silly to have to order products separately but that is life.

With that said, I guess my main point is that waiting sucks and knowing what I know now, I will do things differently on the the next "pre-sale"

I don't know what I was thinking, but I pre-ordered everything from 10C...cd/dvd/vinyl/songbook. Still no word on when I'll get any of it so I just downloaded the dvd so I can finally fucking watch it.

A very lovely woman said they are shipping out in order of the order date/received. She also mentioned they were hand-made/hand-crafted/assembled.
