    Im from Ireland, have no interest in US hockey, the Bruins or the Canucks & don't really understand how the season works but after having just read about the last 6 games, if I was a hardcore fan, would definitely be watching!! Down to last game, winner takes all, neither having won Cup for decades?? Man its gonna be massive... 8-)

    I did. Was able to watch all of game 7 after the show. Just did not listen to my messages or read texts.

    Of course, I have seen the Pens win 3 cups and be in contention other times, so its not exactly the same.

    I knew deep down there was a reason I chose not to buy tix to Providence. This is that reason. Seeing Eddie in Boston and Hartford and wathing the B's tomorrow night. Man, this is going to be an exciting week.

    I know if my pens were playing wed night for lord stanleys cup, i couldn't miss it...NO WAY. I'm sure there will be other ed solo tours, not too often that you get to watch you team compete for a cup. I've been one of the lucky ones to have witnessed 3 cups by the pens in my lifetime and there is not anything else that would ever trump watchin those games live. DVR is my last option and even sometimes it screws up...eg..recording stopping early. I couldn't forgive myself if I went to the show and my team won and the dvr didn't get it all. All that being said, good luck to the B's wednesday night. Its not easy to go on the road in a game 7 and win. Should be entertaining to watch without all the crazy nervous butterflies in my stomach. Make the east proud Bruins.

    Think there is any chance EV would start / end earlier than usual to accomodate the end of the B's game? I know it would be unusual, but if he were to come on stage at 8:30/8:45 and wrap up by 10:30 or so, it could give people time to get to a bar and catch part of the 3rd period. If I recall from a couple years ago, the solo shows don't usually stretch beyond 2 hours. Last night's game went until around 11:10pm EST.

    Here is my story. I have been a B's fan since I was BORN! I live in Upstate NY and I am driving down by myself to see the show. I was torn also, but I have been way more dedicated to PJ and Eddie than the Bruins. It will be the first show that I do not wear PJ attire. I will be sporting my B's shirt and B's Finals hat that I got at game 3 in Boston! I am also going to scream at top of lungs in the middle of a song if they win! (kidding)! :D

    My thinking is that if you are a Bruins diehard and have been waiting for this for almost 40 years, and with Eddie playing Boston on Thursday and Hartford on Saturday, maybe you do skip Providence and try for tickets to another show.

    Good luck whatever you decide to do.

    My Ten Club seats will go unclaimed at the box office as I stay home to watch the Bruins...kills me that I may have some pit row AA's waiting for me, but I will see hi in Boston the next night. I've been following the B's my whole life, am a partial season ticket holder and can not miss Game 7...

    I kind of wish the title of this thread was different. "Bruins" ruining the night doesnt give me good thoughts. Hopefully they "make" your night. ;)
