Dunno if anyone's heard of it but there's a sandwich shop called PENN STATION that is unbelievably good.

It's only in a few states....Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, I believe. They make a mean Italian. http://www.penn-station.com

kinda looks like a subway or quiznos kind of place. no?

Best sandwich ever made though is a Mike's Deluxe at a place called MSM Deli in Tacoma, WA. It really is crack on bread.

    MIKE'S DELUXE
9" French Roll piled high with Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham, Swiss & Cheddar, Lettuce, Sprouts, Onions, Tomatoes, Pickles, Mustard and Mayonnaise.

Double toast that son of a bitch and grab a couple cold beers to wash it down. The french roll alone is worth the price of admission.

Yes and no. It is similar in that it is a franchise or a chain, if you will.

More importantly, it is different in that there are far fewer Penn Stations than Subways or Quiznos....and...Penn Station absolutely blows Subway and Quiznos out of the water. It's in another league entirely. I checked the site, it's actually in more states than I thought but still relatively rare.

If anyone ever sees one or has a chance to go, GO. You will NOT be disappointed. I recommend the Italian or the Club.

I know its not a sandwich but I was just making myself some tea and I made myself some cinnamon toast. It had been ages and it was delish. Always brings me back to being a kid.

    Jam Sandwich
(as seen in the movie "Bachelor Party")

Take two pieces of bread and jam them together.

Also known as a Wish Sandwich.

Well, find one, and get The Bobbi - their version of the Thanksgiving sandwich. Probably the best one outside of my own. Everything is made fresh - they carve the turkey breast right there. Plenty of other good stuff as well.

Oh, wow, that's awesome, man. Yeah, I always wanted to hit one while out there, but didn't know if there was one directly in Vegas. Weird that we both have a love of a Philly favorite, and your's came 3,000 miles away. Awesome. I'm pretty sure they ship as much local stuff out that way as possible. I'm glad you enjoy a local favorite of mine, man.
