Wow what an amazing night! What a magical performance. From the moment he stepped on stage I was absolutely transfixed. I loved the covers especially Imagine, it is such a poignant song and still holds true today. My highlights were Hunger Strike, Seasons and Billie Jean. What a treat 2 hours, which went by so quickly - I could have sat all night and just listened to him sing the phone book and I'd have been happy. The Michael Fowler centre was a perfect venue. Wish I could make it to Auckland tonight.

Saw him in Brisbane on Saturday as well and he was incredible. His voice is unbelievable. Did a great little country version of rusty cage. Loved it. He was such a funny guy as well

  • Went to the show last night in Melbourne, got a last minute ticket from a mate who had a spare.

Holy crap, the man's voice is amazing!

Didn't know a lot of the songs but was totally blown away, I mean I knew he could sing, but wow, so glad I went.

:D Soundgarden are headlining the Big Day Out next Year - I would LOVE to go but just too expensive, have to travel to Auckland so I'm glad I caught him solo.

If there are Soundgarden side shows in Australia next year I'm definitely getting tickets.
