since No Code the other band members have brought in some songs complete with lyrics (then they credits for the lyrics), or with parts of the lyrics done (which gives them co-write credits)...
Here's a list of most of em:
STONE: Mankind, Dont Gimme No Lip, No Way, All Those Yesterdays (query this one), Thin Air, Of The Girl, Rival, Fatal, Strangest Tribe, All Or None, Bushleaguer (co-write: Stone wrote the "blackout weaves lines")
MATT: Get Right, In The Moonlight, You Are (co-write)
MIKE: Inside Job, Let Me Sleep
JACK: Whale Song
there are other songs that members have written music for, but this list is Lyrics writers
what do you mean "query this one" when referring to All Those Yesterdays? are you suggesting that the lyrics are co-written? or possibly even written solely by Ed?
I pledge to you a government that will not only work well, but wisely, its ability to act tempered by prudence, and its willingness to do good, balanced by the knowledge that government is never more dangerous than when our desire to have it help us blinds us to its great power to harm us.

pretty sure it's all stone.
I'd say All Those Yesterdays or Rival. I think Stone's a really interesting songwriter. I don't know if I'd listen to his stuff all the time, but he's definetely got a unique voice, and I wish some of these songs written by other members were played more frequently.

NAIS is a fabulous song, but I don't think that PJ has put out a better song in recent years than Of the Girl. Musically, lyrically, and vocal delivery...just a gem all the way around.

nothing as it seems
God's Dice is probably my fave Jeff song. I could never hear it enough, and it's always good live.

After reading some replies I;d also add
NAIS and All Those Yesterdays
I thinkI would tie Thin Air and NAIS and then say ATY is 2nd.
Vedder wrote the lyrics for Down and McCready/Gossard co-wrote the music

Am I the only one who got this?
I don't agree, though, I think it's Otherside.
