    Okay...just got the codes...they seem pretty unique...11 random letters and numbers for each it seems.
    They did mention in a previous msg that they would give a 2 hr heads up...but then changed to to the morning of May 26th...Lets hope this works and good luck to everyone...I hope you get yours, both email and tickets soon...

    These last few days have been a joke. It's one thing for the servers to go down, it's a whole other thing to not be able to send out an email in a timely fashion. What a waste of time this has been. 40 minutes left to get the email.

    Ottawa - Did anyone try their code in link and say it was no good. Do you have to wait until 5 to input code?

    I did get the codes and email (which is great), but my Montreal code is the same as my Vancouver code (which seems odd). Anyone else?

    If you're copying the code from your e-mail, make sure that you don't copy an extra space at the end.

    Maybe they added a "generic" code, if they were having problems with the unique codes for certain board members?

    I didnt get any emails as of yet.

    Man I so do not envy Tim or any of the staff.

    Its not like they're not trying folks.

    Sometimes shit just happens.

    Obviously it is not ideal. I am sure it is not ideal for the 10C staff either. Im sure its as irritating to them as to us. Im sure its as frustrating to them as it is to us too. You can work your ass off and try your damned hardest to make sure everthing will run smoothly but, again, no matter how hard you work at it, or try to make it so, sometimes things can go haywire and wreck havoc. Name calling and outrage and outraged name calling, in juvenile manners to boot, isnt going to make them work any harder, or make everything suddenly be A-ok.

    Im sure they will do their best, and are working really hard, to rectify the situation and make sure that all the members have a chance.

    Afterall there is only a certain allotment of tix and each member can only get 2 per show.

    I doubt any of the other sales and presales will affect our sales.

    So stay positive peeps.

    I was finally able to get a member card !!! Now I am waiting for the code to the Edmonton show. I hope it comes because I have passed up on upper deck tickets to get some better ones.

    Still no email as well ... I am usually behind the curve as yahoo tends to hold up emails sent to a huge group.

    I have until 4 pm pacific to get it ... so, i'm not sweating ........ too much.

    Dude. Each email has to have its own code. So that means that each email needs to be sent out individually. How many people you think they got working there? Take 5 or 6 of your friends, write out an email and roughly 200,000 codes and then copy and paste that code into all those emails, ONE BY ONE. Then send them, see how long it takes you. Also, do this while trying to be on the phone with Ticketmaster to make sure the number of tickets per venue is right, they know how your system works etc and field calls from angry, bitter members like you.

    I would love to see you do better.

    No each code is user unique, they are just the same code for every show it seems, other then Montreal and Ottawa. Doesn't seem odd at all.

    You do know they have these things now, I think they're called computers, that can be set up with a program called, I think a database, to assist filling in an empty field of an e-mail and, I think, forward it to a recipient. :lol: (Just busting them - don't take offense).
