    Got all the way to cc info hit submit and nothing - just refreshing until it turned me back to shipping confirmation page. If tickets are in your cart and you can't pay what happens?

    Another frustrating experience with pre-sale. Surely there must be a better way??? I know everyone is frustrated...but it doesnt make it any easier!

    I know I have been trying for 2 hours and no luck got all the way to the buy page. Hopefully we will get another opportunity to buy some tix.

    This is exactly what I will do (ie ask that my membership be discounted) if I don't get a pair of ticket for Montreal on September 7th.
    I paid the membership JUST to get access to the tickets through the Fan Club: IF no tickets, I want my money back.

    I still hope that 10c will pre-sales tickets to Montreal shows tomorrow (May 26th).

    I see the store is down with a message that they will try sale again at 10AM PST -- is that tomorrow 5/26 or is that an old post meaning today?

    I still want to know if any of my attempts from today actually went through -- during the Alpine meltdown I recall there being mention of processing orders after the fact for people with tickets stuck in their shopping cart. Will that be the case for the Canada pre-sale? I can't afford to "disappear" in the middle of the work day again.

    Absolute BULLSH*T i dont understand ticketmaster works every time, not much of a reason to renew the membership, as tickets are the only reason its worth it. TEN CLUB management your FIRED clean out your office and get the FU*k out.

    Late last night I got an email confirmation for my ticket purchase, so it looks like it went through. If you got as far as submitting your order, there may be hope.

    I received an email re: "initial confirmation" = however, when I was refreshing/refreshing/refreshing I never did get past where I entered billing address/shipping address. It kept stalling out. So I don't know how it happened.

    Also - it seems kinda crazy that the pre-sales from radio stations etc now will available before TEN CLUB members have access tonight at 5pm local time???? Does not seem right.

    Still no codes by email, its 1"35 Eastern, but 10:35 Pacific...so its still "morning" there

    It's almost 3pm and i haven't receive any email with any code..
    I guess that means that we are never gonna get any presale ticket for the fanclub..
    it's very disappointing guys, sonsidering that we are her to support the band but you don't permit us..
    I guess tomorrow I'm gonna decide if I get ticks like a regular person who doesn't have any membership or so...

    me either - no email with codes. I agree with you, it seems now that radio presales etc will have had access to tickets before TEN CLUB members...not sure how (or if) anything is going to work out for the membership for this time around...not good.
