Canada Tour Pre-Sale - help!

I entered my credit card info and hit Submit, then the page failed to load and now I can't get back in. Will my order process? Hopefully I wasn't charged multiple times after trying to refresh/reload the page!

    I just tried again, entered my cc info and submitted, and it shot me back to Step 1 of 3 on the order page. I hope I get my tickets and only get charged once if I do! :(

    I was able to get Toronto night 2 within the first 5 minutes. My girlfriend was trying for night 1 at the same time, but she hasn't been able to get them. We've both had night 1 in our carts a couple of times but couldn't check out.

    Do we have to wait online the whole day (besides, I'm working right now so my employer won't like that) to get an access to the goods section or are they going to postponed the pre-sales to -let's say- tomorrow May 26th?

    Hope I won't get screwed.

    even when you get to the tix page, there's only three canadian shows onsale. is that the plan? When do the rest go up?

    Got up sooo early to login and was hopeful I'd get good Vancouver tickets. But why oh why is the site crashing. Do we just keep trying, or are tickets gone? Will they try again tomorrow, or are we out of luck?

    Goods! Goods! Not a very auspicious beginning to the Canadian tour. Membership should be discounted.

    This truly is ridiculous. I'm going to spend more time pressing the refresh and back button on my browser than I will at the show.... if I can actually get tickets.

    Not much value in paying for the fan club if the store doesn't work.

    If I have tix in my shopping cart, but can't get through the payment process, am I still guaranteed my tickets?? I hope so after all this trouble!! I hope that an update is posted soon!

    Got all the way to cc info hit submit and nothing - just refreshing until it turned me back to shipping confirmation page. If tickets are in your cart and you can't pay what happens?

    Another frustrating experience with pre-sale. Surely there must be a better way??? I know everyone is frustrated...but it doesnt make it any easier!

    I know I have been trying for 2 hours and no luck got all the way to the buy page. Hopefully we will get another opportunity to buy some tix.

    This is exactly what I will do (ie ask that my membership be discounted) if I don't get a pair of ticket for Montreal on September 7th.
    I paid the membership JUST to get access to the tickets through the Fan Club: IF no tickets, I want my money back.

    I still hope that 10c will pre-sales tickets to Montreal shows tomorrow (May 26th).
