    What a gong show. I've bought plenty of tickets for other bands who do their presales through Ticketmaster, and it's always smooth sailing with very little technical problems. A quick and easy 5 minutes and you've got your tickets. Say what you want about Ticketmaster and their ridiculous service fees, etc... but at least their server can handle the demand. The Ten Club seriously needs to get their act together to prevent this kind if crap from happening. It's just bad business.

    This reminds me of when it happened to me while trying to get MSG tickets for last year! AHHHGGG!!!! Good luck everyone, I hope it's sorted for the Hamilton, ON pre-sale tomorrow!!!!

    After many more failed attempts, I finally got through again, aaaaaaaaaaaaaand again it said temporarily out of stock!!!! How are some of you getting through? I don't get it!
    It makes much more sense... to live... in the present tense

    After over an hour of trying, i finally got my Res/GA tix. They are still available...keep trying!

    Had to enter in my credit card info like 10 times, and occasionally it would send me back to step 1. Ugh!


    Pretty sure I hit "refresh" about 1000x.

    :twisted: I would gladly pay ticket master a $200 per ticket service fee to have back all of the time I have wasted on this futile exercise. Tenclub has gotten its last dime out of me. No more membership and no more tix. It will be a great relief not to have to put up with this bulls*%t.

    Looking for someone to provide some clarity before I breathe easy...

    If I get email from Ten Club stating that "your Pearl Jam Ten Club order has been received", and that I will "receive another email when your order is processed", is that the magical confirmation email that everyone is looking for?

    Or

    Should I be waiting on the next email to tell me that the order has been processed?

    Think I might have got my hands on GA/GA package, its in my order history and rang the credit card company to hear that there is a pending charge, hopefully that should be enough!

    I just got through with a GA/GA package!!!
    Took me about 5 times to get through the address page...
    7 times on the shipping/coupon page
    & 4 times on the credit card page...
    Got my confirmation e-mail, it's in my order history & just appeared on my debit card account.

    I love how they took all my credit card info, I submitted it and then went to checkout to verify, had to refresh 1000 times to finally get through only to find out that my cart said empty!!!

    Be diligent in your efforts. It took me 1 hour 19 minutes to finally get through. 5 million refreshes later and I am going to PJ20. I think I entered my CC info about 20 times before it took. Got by ID# and an e-mail confirmation. Yippee!! :D:lol::D:lol:

    Well I finally got through. At least I think I did. Had the CC info in and hit submit.Screen said "you can not check out with an empty cart". However my CC is showing a charge of $334.

    I have been trying for an hour and a half. Tickets stuck in my cart and no matter what I do (tried three browsers, reloaded 100s of times), I cannot buy them.

    What a tragic waste of fans time. The opportunity cost has far outweighed Ticketbastard fees.

    If you are going to do this, you have to be prepared.

    Now I'm getting out of stock, but before I got BUY and even as far as step 3 of checkout. Then it went all "problem loading page" and at some point said I couldn't get tickets cause I would exceed the total of 2 I can buy. The cart is empty though, and no signs of them in my order history. :cry::cry:

    I have always been patient and understood this can't be easy on the 10C either, but I really wouldn't mind they charged a little more to ALL of us and upgraded those fucking servers. PLEASE.
