    I was able to get GA/GA tickets at 9:57 am PT. The process was smooth and required no refreshing. The Res/GA ticket set wasn't even an option though. I'm wondering why I was able to get into the store before 10 PT and if there was any Res/GA sets available before I got in there. I'm glad I checked early because now it seems like it's down again. Why would they open it up before 10?!

    How about spending 12 hours helping a charity, instead of hitting a key on a computer?

    How about spending 12 hours hitting a computer key AND spending 12 hours helping a charity? Or, am I then required to do 24 hours for the charity? I don't think 1 precludes the other. Let folks have their "fun."

    I had to enter my credit card info about 5 times and after every time I would get an error page. Then finally, after about the 6th time, it said, "you cannot check out with an empty cart." So I went back and hit the buy button again, and it said something like "exceeded maximum limit." Checked my order history and it says i got them. My bank is also showing a pending purchase for $334. Just waiting on the confirmation email!!!

    You should be good - same happened to me. I had a confirmation email a bit afterwards, of which I fwd'd to 10c shipping...they confirmed I have it in my order history.

    I wish I knew if the travel packages were truly sold out or if it is a glitch. I'd rather not buy tickets and then find out that the travel packages are available again.

    An official communication would be great about now.

    This process is PATHETIC.

    I do not understand why so many of these posts are sympathetic to these issues. Of all the PJ fans, the fan club members are the most loyal - yet we are treated with utter disrespect. We are fans, and paying fan club members. There is absolutely no excuse for this except for the IT staff running this thing is PATHETIC. And this IT staff gets paid right – it’s not like they are doing this for free. Find some IT guys who know what the hell they are doing. This is not new. It happens for every sale over the last few years. There are 1000’s of ticket sites out there – none of them have this issue. With technology today, and the relative affordability to access that technology, this should never, ever, happen. You are wasting all of our precious time at work, at home, or from anywhere. Does the band know this is happening? I can’t imagine they would tolerate their best fans being treated like this, over and over again. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!! :evil:

    Just added the 2 day package. Went to input my credit card hit submit and it kicked me out. Now I don't know if I have tickets,did my card get charged,???? Help. Very frustrating and I have no clue what to do

    I don't see what "problems" they fixed besides putting up a graphic instead of the 500 and 502 errors that we were getting yesterday. The site is still getting trashed.

    The one time I got through about 5 minutes ago, it said they were "temporarily sold out"?!?!? That's the one time out of about 50 tries when I didn't get an error message. ak;sdfgklasjfd;klgadsl This is truly pathetic!
    It makes much more sense... to live... in the present tense

    I guess I will have to wait for June 4th and get my ticket through TM. I still can't get past the first Buy page!~!!!!!

    made it to the end..got order detail with tix..got email for 10c with confirmation and order #. went back in goods section and my orders detail. and CRAP no history of purchases today...AM I SCREWED? confirmation email has got good as gold right?

    Maybe your clock is a few mins different than theirs. If you got in at like 9:45 cst that might be different but it was 1:01 est before I could look at it yesterday.

    Is everything sold out? I clicked my fingers off for 2 hours yesterday, another 50 minutes today and couldn't get anything. :-(

    2 days off of work and screwed again. This is what you get for $40 ? Things worked much better when it was $5 and we used snail mail.
  • REFESH!!!!>!>!>! Even that is spelled incorrectly, makes you wonder.

    Completely painful experience for tix to a rock show.....I've had more fun at the Department of Motor Vehicles.
