    pick up time at 9:30 or 10 am is tuff....

    thanks for the info. this is where having some VERY cheap non-10c lawn tickets would come in handy for in and out of the show on such a long day...

    Getting there early on Saturday is ok with me the problem will be waking up Sunday morning to not miss the bus @ pick up place.

    Anyway is an option. I will call to see if there is space left.

    that would be nice. i don't think so. I booked the party bus already for 7 people both days. sucks getting up to venue so early but the tailgate atmosphere is where its at anyway.

    Just contact them via email, that's what I did. They emailed me a contract, you need to fill one out for each day, then send it in with a check or money order. I'd just email them and ask them to send you the contract if they have room on the buses. I would assume they do but probably not for too much longer.

    Here is the email they sent me along with the contract:

    There are two contracts attached to this reply, one for each day of the event

    Thank you for choosing the services of YDRIVE Limousine Service LLC. I have included a copy of the contract which you need to sign. Please return the signed copy, with the required deposit, by the specified time in order to insure your date. Please retain a copy for your records.

    Gratuity should be paid directly to the driver using these guidelines: 15% for average, 20% for good and 25% or more for exceptional service


    Bus Deposits & Rules


    Although it is our desire that our clients have a great time in our party buses, we do have some rules to keep everyone safe


    There is a $100.00 cleaning / damage fee charged to any passenger who regurgitates, urinates or defecates in any of our vehicles or damages the vehicle or equipment plus the contract holder will be billed for any repairs.


    Y DRIVE Limousine Service LLC and its representatives are not responsible for items left on our vehicles or issues arising from conduct of passengers. If any person or persons are involved in fighting or doing anything illegal on our vehicles, that person(s) will be asked to leave the bus at the first possible safe location.


    The contract holder or their approved guests are the ONLY persons authorized to approve overtime and location changes. The drivers will do their best to keep your trip pleasant so please respect them. Y Drive Limousine Service LLC reserves the right to use photographs and / or video, taken either in our party buses or at venues, for advertising purposes. Anyone who does not wish to comply with this policy must notify the office in writing when they return their contract.

    Bus idea not totally dead if anyone is still looking. Been working a lot and havent had time to mess with this. I can forward someone the info I have if they have the time to deal with it, otherwise it may be a week or two before I have a chance to actually sit down and get things finalized. Sorry for keeping anyone in suspense the last few weeks.

    not too many SUP's in the area I presume. Would be fun for sure though.
    this trip is gonna be siko.

    got eight confirmed on the ydrivelimo.com party bus for both days.
    I am hoping to have a 10x10 sun shade, some coolers, chairs and of course a PJ20 spaceship kite.

    For those of you staying at the cove and taking the ydrivelimo party bus...it's cool with the driver to bring kegs.

    if any of you are staying at the Cove and on YDRIVE limo's party bus and want to drink from the keg of Stella that i will be bringing along (one for each day) let me know. The kegs are $170 each and I figure with ice and tap rental, tax...about $200. My plan is to sell 20 cups for $10 to re-coup. Anyone interested just PM me. I have about 10 or so friends on it allready and I will be getting the kegs either way. Just wanted to throw it out there to any singles or couples that do not want to deal with bringing their own cooler/beer/ice etc.

    I will have 20 unique plastic re-usable beer mugs dedicated to the keg (NOT red solo cups). I am sure a couple beers here and there will go to some stragglers....

    Anyway, let me know if you want in. You can just give me your $10 for the cup day of. I know, $10 for a keg cup seems high but I can assure you, this is not a profit making deal.

    ANYBODY ON THE BUS WANT TO BRING A RADIO WITH BATTERIES???????
