Criteria for being a long time member is being around from 06 or earlier and remember when this board was fun and the inmates ran this place and when the porch wasn't a craphole. Being a long time member means you were part of the reason for the aet guidelines and getting it shutdown a few times. Being a long time member means everytime you reached a posting milestone you were a different PJ song. Being a long time member means you were around when this board was free and not a pay to post where its all asskissers. Being a long time member means you remember the YIELD crew or staying up late on Friday night listening to PJ with fellow PJ fans who you never met and had a kick ass time.


That's what it TRULY means to be a long time member

honestly....I think the AET went to shit in the last couple months before it got shut down, and it's never really been the same since.
Before that period, it was a lot more....I dunno....intimate?
People posted lots of personal stuff, looking for advice...more stuff about relationships, career, sports/movies etc....actual topics....less inside jokes, less trolling, less 'what are you_____right now' or 'the _____game' type threads...
I think it all went downhill when they moved the 'who's online' from the top of the AET page, to the bottom
I also miss the old riot act skin....and the festivus one!

anyone have the links to the archived screenshots of the forums' evolution? haven't seen them posted in a long time.

yes i totally agree bout the way the aet has turned into. it's like what the WWE has turned into, all pg and boring. the old riot act skin was the best skin. always had that once cept for the holiday season when the festivus skin was around.
