I think there's more data to gather before we commit to 2nd bus (final # of campers, performance schedule).

However, a 2nd bus would offer some flexibility for people who don't want to be there when the gates open.

I would NOT suggest 1 bus & 2 round trips. Who knows what traffic would be like (esp afterwards)?

well, OK then. I've just read about post-concert traffic and how tough it is to maneuver.

But I've also never been there, so I'm no expert.

We need to start collecting money to get a better idea of how many people we are looking at and go from there. If we have a full bus then its only like $20 per person so there is no reason to wait. Who wants to collect?

    ya

    thinkin it over and

maybe 1 bus makin to trips is not the best way to go

    if we get 142 people

    and 2 buses

    it's still $10 a person, right?

Yeah $10 per day. A second bus/shuttle will prob be best and if we have say 90 people then the second bus can be a smaller/cheaper one.

This is everyone, until later today (at least) or June 4. Good point.

Collecting money is quick way to weed out the folks who aren't sure yet. It's also a little dicey since all the ticket sales have yet to take place.

Personally, I would go ahead and send money as soon as I have my ticket purchase completed.

But I can understand that people (like Kevinman) need a little time to work through logistics.

No need to pay for people still on the fence but there is also no need to wait to start collecting from those who are ready. Even if we start collecting now it will prob not be full until after the public sale. There are going to be 37k people in the area and im sure we are not the only ones looking to secure transportation so i would like to book our bus asap.

I have added a "Ready to Pay" tab into the spreadsheet. Once we decide who is collecting the money you will be contacted via your preferred contact method and be asked to submit payment.

I tried for tickets for 2 and half hours and my wife tries from work and seemed to have little trouble, must have been right before 10C called it quits. Very relieved to have tix and a reserved site. Hope you all bring some instruments so I'm not the only one making noise

    Good luck to you all!

Scored tickets today and booked my spot at the campground.

Would definately prefer to do the shuttle thing over driving. So count me in +1 for the shuttle if there's still room.
