but we need buses

if whoever made the original call to the guy we have and find out if we can get another, that would get this started

and then we may need even more

167 might grow after public sale

and i do think someone in wisconsin should collect and put down payment asap

first 71 to pay is in

next 71 , in

and so on

how can we get this done?

I booked a campsite 2 weeks ago. I just called them and my site is reserved and they gave me the number of the site. They will take $50 for deposit....you pay the rest when you get there. We have a party of 6 going. Tent #2!!! WHOOOHOOOO!!!

I totally agree on the cookout! It could be a big pot luck deal ~ we can each make something that would feed many, like a big stew, or a ton of mac n cheese (I hear WI is a good place for cheese ), etc. Just a thought.

And, yeah - people better be packin their guitars and such

I just reserved the one of the last tent sites with electricity and water. She said there are a few more tent only sites so you better hurry if you want to get down at Country View. Each site cost $50 reservation fee, then you pay $10 per person per day (Max 6 people per site).

I totally agree with you. In the 'I can pay now' column, we have enough commits to nearly fill a bus.

First order of business would be to select someone as treasurer. Someone who can receive PayPal payments (where the sender pays the fees) and who is able to manage that money in relation to the shuttle deposit.

Then, we need the first 60-70 shuttle riders to pay-up.

After funds are received (in a timely manner), we can make firm reservations w/ the driver.

I got my tix. I will be there, but can't count in my friends yet, as they are awaiting the general sale on the 4th. If it's anything like the last couple days, they are going to need a lot of luck.

If anyone has an extra space for me and my wife to pitcha tent that woudl be cool. Through all this planning I forgot about where we are sleeping. We are willing to pay for the site also. If for some reason you can't go send me a message and i will take you spot.

Ok i got tickets so it will be me plus 1 and we would like to be on the shuttle. i tried to enter the info on the spreadsheet but i had to request permission...will enter once permission is granted. thanks for doing all of this organizing

I think I have fixed the problem of needing authorization to access.

Wasn't my intention to have it so rigid. Sorry about that.

ah no worries man, i found the link in the thread that works. i tried to access it from the facebook page. at any rate thanks to you all for being so organized. it makes it easier for everyone else like me who is not so forward thinking all of the time

Ok, have tickets. Campsite booked (called, confirmed and double confirmed). Who do I pay for the shuttle? I will definitely want in on it. I put my info in on the excel sheet too & am ready to pay right now to get my ass on the bus!

I also understand the sites that have water and power are mixed in with real campers. Cops are known for not putting up with much. No need to give the police a reason to poke around. Lets be smart on where we party. I am going to contact the campground and ask if they have any issues let us know and we will take care of it.

Shuttle options including the bus mentioned are being discussed. The final details are being worked out and we should be ready to start accepting payments soon. All information will be provided to everyone before payments are requested.
