The way they wrote him out of Friends was fucking hilariously brilliant.

And with The Mandolorian...hoooo boy. I just finished season 2 the other night. I was thiiis close to giving it a standing ovation in my living room. God damn perfection and, honestly, season 2 was way better than 1. I enjoyed 1 but thought it a tad boring and overhyped. This season was great and the ending was, like I said, perfection. Loved it.

S2 for sure better than S1, to me.
    Rosario Dawson made it so.
The rest of the stories were pretty great as well....

I'm not excited about this in the slightest.  1-3 were underwhelming on what they could have been.

He also thought that Jar Jar Binks was a good idea...

Anybody watching The Book of Boba Fett?
It's been a little disappointing so far, to be honest. I'm hoping it picks up soon.

I’m finally getting around to watching The Mandolorian. Just started the second season of that one. It’s been surprisingly good so far, though I think a huge debt is owed to Akira Kurosawa.

Boba Fett has always been my favorite Star Wars character, so I’ve been looking forward to the new series.

Boba Fett has been kinda meh. The sand people stuff has been better than the gangster stuff and that has made for a weird show.

Agreed... the Sandpeople storyline is ok, but was cooler the first time I saw it in Dances W/ Wolves.

The gangster / modern day storyline is beyond meh... if not for the nostalgia of seeing certain creatures from the OT get more screentime, I would have tapped out already. (although I did love the celebrity cameo in E3 yesterday)

I don't have high hopes for Mandalorian S3 either, but also hope my pessimism is unfounded. I really enjoyed the 1st two seasons. They weren't ground breaking in any way, but I enjoyed them all the same.

What was up with those Vespas... like taken out of The Fifth Element...

I enjoyed the "sci-fi western" thing of The Mandalorian. Even if if felt like the series was threading water with all the "Mandalorian is going to this one place, but someone asks him to help out with something else so he shrugs his shoulders and goes there instead so we can have another kind-of-pointless 45min adventure"

    Ep. 5 of Boba

The Return of Mando! I mean, I knew there would be a crossover but didn't think there would be a whole episode dedicated to him and with no Boba. Fantastic episode! And that Starfighter... ooh, baby!

The most recent episode was the best yet, & BF isn’t even in it. Go figure.
