    Salads, stir fried vegies, Moscato.
An abundance of dips including my sil's awesome cheesball, Moscato.
    Apple crumble, strudel, moscato.
and more moscato....maybe that was just me :?

    Well dinner was a success.......

Her mom looks at the 10lb ribeye roast and says "You are gonna have leftovers for weeks"......

    Yeah right....

We all ate ourselves into a coma...hehehehe

Might be enough leftovers for one sandwich...........

well..the ham was gone before the afternoon was over. but my son has a great bone to work with for more yummy stuff later in the week.

he makes a killer baked mac n cheese....which i don't normally like but like i said its killer and he made a ton! and so we have that to munch on this week :)

everything was a hit. we had a great time. :) the weather held off and the kids set up a "carnival" outside....they had a blast!

    great day. :)

    peace y'all.

hope this is just the precursor to a wonderful summer
