  • I am so proud of this thread -- almost 90 pages of in depth mustache information. with the weekend approaching so soon i am trying very hard to keep the Goatee until the last minute in order to conceal the Stache - but the waiting is driving me mad!

I'm in the same boat Mookie. I've got this unruly beard going on right now because I can't decide what to do for the festival and the anticipation is killing me. I was gonna go with the Lemmy but I unintentionally rocked quite a nasty (albeit uneven) handlebar this weekend so now I am unsure. What do you think Stachers? Handlebar? Fu Manchu? Lemmy? I feel like Gozar the Gozarian from Ghostbusters trying to decide what form in which to appear.

:D I've got the same issue. I finally trimmed the beard a little since people kept asking me where my buggy was

I'm going to have to order some wax from Amazon and play dress-up :) It's really disappointing that you can't find it anywhere. Wal-mart has a huge aisle full of dye and shampoo, but not even one thing of mustache wax. Maybe I should try a truck stop?
  • the amazon 1-click shopping has been an big help in my preparation for this event Clone - they have several to choose from and with shipping you are looking at 10 dollars

I had the stache camo'd as part of a unruly, patchy beard until a week ago. Gotta say I was really liking the look. I...held...out....aslongasIcould. My wife finally mock-threatened an embargo on sex because she found the beard so repulsive. It was fun while it lasted but I'm gonna be clean shaven for Wisconsin. Looking forward to seeing the upper lip eyebrows en masse!

For centuries the mustache has served as a symbol of status, a symbol of power, a symbol of machismo, and a symbol of greatness. Now it serves as a symbol of charity as it represents the PJ20 "Don't Gimmie No Lip" Mustache Movement and our quest to raise money and awareness for the CCFA and the fight against Crohn's and Colitis. In one final attempt to increase our numbers, reach new members, and add to our donation before the big event, Mustaches For Charity has gone viral with our first online promo. Check it out and pass it along!
