This Dwight Howard nonsense is apporaching Brett Favre territory. Every time I hear Howard's name, I just think to myself, "I don't give a fuck."0

I understand, and I'm struggling internally. But hey, at least it's not the Dodgers? I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be welcome in your home at that point.7/2/06 - Denver, CO

Not a big deal really, but just checkin my facebook and ESPN posted this thing....
Kobe thinks the current Olympic team could beat the Dream Team. "Like" if you agree, comment you don't.
So far it has 12k "likes" and 6k comments. Are people so desensitized to good basketball that this era stands out? Is it a generational thing, like the majority of facebook is made up of people that never watched Michael Jordan play? There's a few all time great players now, but the way most teams play, as good as the playoffs have been the last few years I just don't think the NBA now compares very favorably to most other eras.0 -

The Dream Team would win. The current USA team has a lot of talent, but the Dream Team had toughness that I don't think the modern day NBA can even hope to get to.
Barkley? Ewing? Malone? The Admiral? Hell, even Larry Bird.
Then you just have multiple players who were rabid competitors. Magic, Bird, Jordan, Stockton...
It would be a good game, but I think the Dream Team would take it.7/2/06 - Denver, CO
