Gotta say, even though we got swept, I'm kind of glad it was done by a respectable franchise that does their work and isn't worried about playing flashy basketball. They really did everything right, and took advantage of the Jazz in every possible way.

SA, you're my kind of team. Go meet OKC in the WCF and give us a hell of a series.

Either that or maybe he'll remind him of the jackass thing he said during the 1999 lock-out:

"We make a lot of money, but we spend a lot too."

The insincerity of her fake news anchor name is nauseating to begin with.

In February 2010, fellow ESPN colleague Tony Kornheiser criticized her outfit that day on his radio show, saying that her outfit looked like: "A sausage casing", and was suspended from ESPN for two weeks.

rondo should be angry at himself for doing his worst curly neal impersonation at the end of the game than if a camera is filming him from 20 feet away

The eastern conference has been like that since 1999. Sadly, it's actually very improved today considering where it was in the early 2000's when the Nets won the conference two years in a row.

Charles summed it up pretty well saying that Rondo didn't want to be seen that ugly jacket.

I just finished reading that. Good article. I think Oden can come back, it will just take some serious time to rehab that knee. Now that he doesn't feel pressured by a team he's under contract with, it might be easier for him to get healthy.

The guy has talent, and seems to have good character, so I hope to see him back one day.

i crack up every time that stupid gatorade commercial comes on lauding Jordan's ability to overcome a "stomache bug". Dude was out gambling and getting wasted, and was massively hung over then won a game - pretty fucking bad ass. This is yet another reason why Kobe is not close to as good as Jordan, because the latter was doing what he did while suffering the effects of alcohol and sleep deprivation.
