I've seen Crosby get credit for assists on multiple occasions in which he was no longer even on the ice. He passed the puck, climbed over the boards to end his shift, the guy he passed it to passes it to another guy who scores, and they give Crosby the second assist while he's sitting on the bench drinking water.
isn't that how the second assist works?

I think I'll go with Nashville, Tampa, Philly, and NYR.

i would love to see washington make a run for the cup. i think a boston/washington conf. final would be pretty awesome. sadly, washington has choked the last few years now. they've become the san jose of the east. but like i said, i hope they turn things around this year. they're one of the most entertaining teams to watch.
