I'm just getting into Wolf Alice.

The female singers voice reminds me of B-52's Kate Pierson.

If you like Hole, Elastica & Wet Leg check out Ribbon Skirt. Great new-ish band on the rise from Ontario.

I haven’t looked through this thread so maybe some repeats. These aren’t all new really, but new to me!

My daughter has gotten me into the following:

    Big Thief
    Le Tigre

My son has gotten me into:
    Black Country, New Road
    Geese

    I’ve been enjoying:
    Wednesday
    Black Belt Eagle Scout

I just found out about the band Cardinals. New album is called Masquerade.
  • Seems music of the early aughts is comin back round, Backhand Blue, reminds me of Korn/Evanescence/Three Days Grace

The Chats (ok not quite new, been around for about 10 years). Australian punk band. Saw them open up for The Hives earlier this week.

The Lürxx - cool activist band, doing lots of songs around connecting to nature and rebelling against destructive forces. They also just released a cover of Man of Golden Words :) This is their webpage: https://www.the-lurxx.com/

  • SpaceAcre. UK sister outfit.

you won't find them on spotify. they left out of protest over ethics. they wrote a song about it, called Why We Left, and is the only song of theirs still on the platform.
