Trying to buy presale EV tix and all I get is the "Temporarily out of stock" message @ the bottom of the page.

I've been on here since 5 min before it began, and this is ridiculous. What this? A pre-sale with no tickets on sale??? or only 3 pairs??? Somethings gotta give here, this is bullshit.

Also getting "500 internal server errors" And on an occasion a "opps you ripped of our face" screen w/ the backspacer guy. Still very aggravated.

I feel your pain - have gone through this process many times (obviously don't post around here except on ticket presale days). You win some and lose some. Im bummed but the Philly show is approx 3k people for a huge area. Hope some of the other 10c members share some of the love. Maybe I'll have some luck tomorrow. Better luck next time, and to those with tix congrats should be awesome

NY sales, Boston, Hartford.

It sucks man. It's like playing the lottery for about an hour.

i'm calling BS as well...
had tickets for the Detroit show... got to step three (credit card info) entered my info and hit the process payment button and was directed back to the first step of the checkout process.....
lovely...
tickets were in my cart for 10 mins as I continuously tried and tried to check out.... unsuccessfully...

tickets are now out of my cart and the show is seems to be 'out of stock'

not too happy......
not sure why the servers are not in place to handle the traffic.... unacceptable to have 500 errors every time on a refresh especially dealing with credit card numbers.

Took me 36 minutes and 48 refresh and back button hits to finally process my credit card and empty my cart. Not really a smooth system to say the least.

Detroit said Temp Out of Stock and I finally got the buy button at 2:38 and was able to purchase

also had tickets to the detroit show in my cart...got all of the way to entering payment info only to run into connectivity errors and finally having them removed from my cart due to taking too long and finding out then that they were sold out. spent an hour trying to get these tickets only to end up frustrated with no tickets.

same thing as rocketman...tix for detroit were in the cart and it wouldn't let me check out for 30 minutes....then it tells me they expired. totally ridiculous.

90 min in, and only once I saw the "buy" button.

Clicked it, and then the frigging thing expired on me.

10C has got to update their shit.

just went thru the same for minnesota tix. after waitin 20 mins for them to appear on the page i get in there and i get to credit card screen and i was pushed back to first page then i get temporarily out of stock after 5 mins? oh cmon now i never had a problem getting a pj ticket in minnesota in my life

am I the only who had no issues? I was checked out and confirmed via email 7 minutes after sale time...I hate reading all of these posts...I just wish we could all get in no hassles...I suggest just checking sporadically over the next 24 hours...cards will get declined...people who placed double orders will get denied...good luck guys...

Couldn't get anything other than temp out of stock and error messages, then 40 minutes in worked fine.

after 10 mins of Temporarily out of stock i got the buy button and i clicked it and the site gave me an error and back to the minnesota page and now says Out of Stock but the concert hasnt been marked as sold out. its crazy! i just want my tix so i can go!

That was THE most frustrating attempt at buying tickets ever. I went through the same thing as everyone else... I had tickets in my cart, got a billion message errors, etc, then it told me I lost the tickets because time ran out. I don't remember having this problem last time I bought tickets through a 10C pre-sale. I just wasted an hour of my life to walk away empty handed. Grrrrrr! I'm just as angry as everyone else.

There has got to be a better way.

Getting out of stock at 2:48 after constantly trying every 15 seconds with diffrent page failures, rip face of screens, and temporily out of stock.

This is disappointing.

If it says Out of Stock yet its not marked SOLD OUT do we keep trying or do we just not waste our time. im tired of non stop zombie refreshing my browser over and over if i dont have to do it, then id like to know

One would think with todays technology that all the tickets would go live and then people can start buying them immediately and have the database quickly sort out all the details (seat location/section/whatever).

Instead they allow for a few (maybe just a lil more than that) pairs available at one time dragging everybody into close to 2 hours of misery. Last time I checked the calendar it was 2011, not 1997.... I'm too old for this shit of constant refreshes like a pre-teen trying to get hannah-fuckin-montana tix.

A suggestion to those like me who had a tough time and believe they got shut out. I got to the billing screen and hit submit and nothing would happen. It would time out. I got no on-screen confirmation. I have not received an email. So I believed I did not get tickets. But then I checked my order history and my order DID show up there. So there may still be hope. Good luck!

Same problems over here. Just spent the last 2 hours trying for tickets.

Three times I was able to get tickets in my "cart". 90% of the time when I'd press continue on Step 1 of 3, it would error or reload the page.

Twice I was able to get to the spot where I entered in my Visa information. Both times I hit "Submit"... .waited... waited some more.... then I'd be back at Step 1 or an error page.

Frustrating. I was really hoping to get to the show but Detroit's tickets have gone from "Temporarily out of stock" to "Out of stock". Boooooooo.

Yeah, truth of the matter is we all have the 10C membership for tix. Sure the Holiday single we receive in July is lil cool, but it isn't the reason I renew this thing every year. & too be frozen out of not getting tickets multiple times is just ridiculous.

Guess I gunna have to try ticketmaster next when they go on sale up until they too give me the finger.

And after that I'll end up putting some scalpers kid through college out front the venue on the day of the show. :(

I missed out too. I only joined up to 10C for these US tickets.
I don't mean to be rude but what does 10C do with all the membership money!?
Obviously money is not spent on IT capabilities.
Can't be that hard to think of a new way of doing things.

I missed out in Australia too - but got better seats through scalper.
So keep positive everyone - many 10 clubbers will have spares and
You will get there.

I'm seeing Ed in Perth on friday - I wonder if he knows how many of us miss out.
I will tell him if I see him out and about.

I had the exact same experience. What are we paying membership dues for, exactly? Is this what counts as a "chance" at tickets?

I had Portland in my cart and after maybe 7 mins, they "expired". If your site is crashing and not allowing people to get through the whole checkout process, give us a little more time to try again. Cripes. At least, I was able to get them back after constant refreshing and saw that glorious BUY button. I get kicking them out of the cart after a while to so others have a shot, but it seemed awfully quick.
