    Is there a reason we can't get tracking numbers like everywhere else?

    I have never gotten a tracking number before. I didn't even get one for my vinyl order. Maybe they are entering the 21st century at headquarters.

    i received an email yesterday from 10c , explaining that my order of water on the road + limited edition book w/uke songs has been processed... i guess that must be shipped today... so, another month of fucking waiting.

    Came home from our summer cottage and went straight to the post office to pick up Eddie Vedder package from Ten Club. Watched Water On the Road. A Really nice dvd- Vinyl's up next. (Been listening to the digital version many, many times but there's nothing like spinning the black circle... Very nice artwork and songbook. Now, if I only had an ukulele...

    I emailed 10C 3 days ago, never got an answer, starting to think they figure they can get us to go Buy items at Best Buy and double the sales of it!!! This is BS!!! I payed for it, people have it, and I live a few miles from 10C.

    They never respond to my emails. When I emailed about my damaged LOXL I never got a response so I had to call at which point they said my email was automatically went to the spam folder. Thats odd because its an sbcglobal address with no attachment, and nobody else Ive ever emailed had had this issue.

    I just really want my stuff. Ive come so close to calling and cancelling because I could get the 7" and vinyl easily elsewhere. The only reason I havent cancelled is that damn songbook.

    FYI: I placed my order for the CD & Songbook, the DVD, & the LP on May 3rd. I live in Philly. I received my order today. I know it has taken a while and we all have lost patience, but WHEN you do get your stuff, you will be blown away!!! AMAZING in all aspects!

    The Birds signing two TOP cornerbacks, the Phils getting Pence, the Flyers getting Schenn & Jagr, now my Vedder order has arrived... LIFE IS GOOD!!!

    Songbook and vinyl arrived today in Denver, CO. I didn't order till like a month after the presale started, for what that's worth, and I didn't get any recent emails. Very impressed with the craftsmanship.
