    Make a playlist of music. Usually a mix of blues and grunge... Put it on the iPod and go for a long drive. Just the road and the music. This happens a lot.

    but seriously, listening to Queens of the Stone Age or Foo Fighters always gets me in a great mood. Same with looking at pictures or videos of my two gorgeous daughters (if I'm at work). When I'm at home with them, making my youngest(1) laugh. Playing board games with my oldest (4).

    and of course, making sweet whoopie to my hot wife.
