When you're sad

Well. Everyone is sad sometimes. I don't like to be sad but it happens. When such a day comes the only way I can make my day better and to feel better is turn on the music. Music is everything to me. I'm serious. Especially PJ music. It lasts over 14 years and always I feel exactly the same when I hear my fav band. Every time PJ helps with bad mood, when day seems to be the worst and the most shitty of my life. Today I've heard some radio show and there appeared Eddie - his voice made me smile. I react like this every time I hear he's talkin. I think he deserves the "Smile's Order" :) I'd give him this one for making my every day.
So what do you do to cheer you up? Any good ways??

    going outside, just being in an open space, looking at the sky and being calm, still, not hearing anything except nature

    Make a playlist of music. Usually a mix of blues and grunge... Put it on the iPod and go for a long drive. Just the road and the music. This happens a lot.

    but seriously, listening to Queens of the Stone Age or Foo Fighters always gets me in a great mood. Same with looking at pictures or videos of my two gorgeous daughters (if I'm at work). When I'm at home with them, making my youngest(1) laugh. Playing board games with my oldest (4).

    and of course, making sweet whoopie to my hot wife.
