    a) The unlost dogs and I went for a 3 mile run this morning
    2. I went out to the deck, looked around, and thought, I should really bring in all those chairs and take down the umbrella over the table, and secure the grill, then I thought, "Ahhh, screw it. It's just gonna be a little rain and wind."

    2. I ate a grapefruit after lunch. Didn't help the stomach. Imagine that.

    Nothing. It's probably increased to hysterical because of adrenaline and the anti-anxiety meds...I have seen it in some of my dental patients. I don't mean drink alcohol when you take Xanax...I meant have a drink for when you are meeting new people at the tent. :mrgreen:
