    A 12-year-old boy was tackled and handcuffed at the QFC(grocery store) in the 7800 block of S.E. 28th Street at 4:32 p.m. on Friday, March 4. The boy kicked and attempted to bite a police officer after stealing items from QFC, refusing to relinquish them, and being aggressive with his caregiver. He was later released to his mother.
