really the only way to describe it. I know that I would be prepared to sit in prison forever if I was the father of that little girl and these animals did this... I cannot imagine what this poor girl is going to have to deal with the rest of her life as a result of this nonsense.

    That is indeed sick and disgusting. If convicted, those guys should be executed (but they won't, since the US Supreme Court in their infinite wisdom :roll: said you can't execute people for raping children. Hopefully they will never see the outside of a prison cell for the rest of their worthless lives.

    No woman, whatever age, "deserves" to be raped, no matter how provocatively she is dressed... But especially a child... Ridiculous.

    "From what I'm getting, there were some warning signs these things were occurring, or about to occur, and (the authorities) didn't move fast enough," he said. "We'll certainly be looking to see what went wrong with that aspect of the system as well as the side where my clients were involved."

    Really?????? The authorities didn't move fast enough....they should have stopped your clients before it happened? That's your defense????

    Sick. and even sicker that anyone in that town thinks the 11 year old girl is at fault. I'm not sure what was going on in her family, it might be right that she was taken out of her home.

    As an attorney, I agree wholeheartedly. I'm a prosecutor, though. So my joke is always that every day I deal with the absolute scum of the earth....and their clients too! :lol:

    But seriously, folks...I see stuff like this all the time, and it truly is sickening. What's even more sickening is how often it never gets reported or only comes to light years after the fact. :(

    That poor girl would have been changed forever, she will never see the world through the same eyes ever again. Her trust in men and humanity will probably never exist again either. Those guys are animals and deserve the worst punishment humanly imaginable, lets hope the get some of it in jail.

    Unfortunately not. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled a couple of years ago that you can't execute someone for child rape. Interesting, because Florida has laws on the books that allow the death penalty for drug trafficking, and the Court's opinion still left that wide open! Mind-boggling!
    In my opinion, murdering this little girl would be less cruel and more merciful than what those pieces of garbage did to her. The damage done to her will never be completely undone, and she will have to live with this for the rest of her life. All of these animals should be executed, but like I said, it won't happen. Life in prison is the best we can hope for.
