A number of websites are reporting that GOP Senator Dale Schultz has said that he will vote against Walkers bill. If this is true, it only means 2 more GOP Senators would have to vote against it in order for it not to pass.
I know a lot of people that voted for Walker that said if this passes, they will never vote Republican again. This move is political suicide. If it passes, he's losing voters. If he caves, he's losing voters. Not something you want when you won your last election by only 4 pts.

I don't need to read that many polls, see I work and live in the state of Wisconsin. I get some of my info from the local news that has been reporting this nonstop since it started. And I get my info and sense of how the people of Wisconsin feel from co-workers and friends not from Fox or MSNBC. I also have family members that are teachers so I have enough info thanks.
If you drive around town you will see people are making and putting up signs in their yards to voice how they feel. Some are for the 14 that left the state and now your starting to see signs saying the 14 should get back here and enough is enough.
Do you believe every poll you read? And no I don't believe everything I see on the local news.
My father and mother both worked for a union for well over 25 yrs each. This time they don't agree with what's going on. I won't say anymore cause you may want to show them a poll showing all union people are for this. Trust me they are not.
Unions did something great for this country yrs ago but now they do nothing but hold things up. They just want and want and don't wanna give and keep taking those dues to make themselves more powerful. They do nothing for the working man they just keep taking those dues and putting the money to who THEY support.
I'm sure you will break down what I said just now and say I'm all wrong cause you saw in some poll what's really going on. Whatever.....;)
I'd rather talk about PJ and Alpine Valley now. Thanks for the fun chat back and forth.

If the only way to protect the values of the people who elected them is to high-tail it, I say they trumped the ace.
Nope. He got elected with 52% of the vote but presently over 60% think he's in the wrong. Shall I draw you a pie chart?
Ah yes... the cliché "some people say" that Fox "news" likes to haul out.
Read some polls.

For some, that may be true.
And yes, some unions are too powerful and don't do what they're supposed to do which is protect the working people.
That said... we're stronger with them than without.
