We're getting closer... but screw the mini tour, how about a 20th Anniversary FULL SCALLE tour! Bring back the 72 date schedules of the Riot Act and Binaural days. Coast to coast.

Rush could do it, and they're a lot older. PJ needs to show that after 20 years they're still a full functioning force to be reckoned with!

Philly was the magic word. I'm on this train. But why do we (fans) question Ed's setlists? Aren't they good enough?

I would fucking love that too dude!....but they all have very young children right now and understandably don't want to be on the road that much at one time right now.....once the kids grow up more i'm sure that will change...but right now a Mini tour would be fine with me!

And PJ don't have to prove shit...they are Iron Men! They wore my ass out in Philly! those 4 shows in 5 night kicked my ass.....i mean...i'm sure i partied harder than they did but man...I gained a new respect for them that week!! they are like 5 Steve Austins!!!

it's not that they are not good enough..Ed's the man....it would just be awesome if we had some say...how thrilling would it be to have them play a song you want to hear real bad? Like fucking Oceans being played in WI?! or anywhere but Florida or Cali for that matter!!

I know when they played Crown of Thorns in Boston it was a very special moment for me!
  • Don't forget to add Memphis to the tour

I like this idea better...but please play the Gorge....because Whie River traffic sucks.

Thanks for throwing Florida in there! This would make so much more sense - this way everyone would have a chance to see them for their 20th anny. "The middle of the country" does not make it easier for everyone.

I see no reason why Pearl Jam couldn't do a full tour to celebrate their 20th anniversary. Black Crowes have just finished up touring the States for their 20th anniversary and in many of their shows they did an acoustic set followed by an electric set. They are also heading to Europe in July to finish their 20th anniversary tour off and I've already got my Manchester ticket! Can't wait! It'd be nice if PJ could do something similar

I agree. Fuck it. A 120 show world tour. Stop in all the US states they have yet to play in, play in Wymoing and Utah and Idaho and SD and ND and just fuckin show the world what we already know!!!!!!

I'm tired of little piddly tours where i have to fly or drive 15 hours. If you're gonna tour, then TOUR!!!

If you're gonna have a PJ Fest, have the effin PJ Fest. None of this flirting with only playing with 8 other bands over two days. Have effin fest with 8 stages, 3 days and atleast 25 bands.

saw the BC iin Richmond, VA and it was very cool vibe and show
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to
slide in sideways, BBQ sandwich in one hand, cold beer in the other,
body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "Woo Hoo what a
    ride"!

They could do that. A mini tour. Then finish off the tour on the East Coast of Canada with the cities of Moncton, New Brunswick; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Halifax, Nova Scotia & St. Johns, Newfoundland. :D

Memphis is long overdue for a stop. I don't want to knock the festival thing b/c a lot of people on here are looking forward to it and I was until the Alpine Valley thing was mention and I crunched the numbers that Alpine would cost me. However, I think spreading our a tour across the US and visiting the places they don't play a whole lot would be awesome. Also, I know Europe and South America would love a few shows.
