Stellar stuff!

You know this is Jeff Ament playing bass... He used to work at a coffee shop... Mike McCready, guitar... Used to work at a pizza place... Matt Cameron on drums... Kinko's... Stone Gossard... Never worked a day in his life... Actually said lumberyard... I've never heard that... Oh, his uncle owned the lumberyard... Hey uncle Dan, can I get you some coffee?... How about me?... I waited tables... That's one of the things... I started in construction, but then I needed to, you know, save my hands... So, I waited tables... There was something on the menu called "Trilogy" which was for all the cheapskates that couldn't afford a real meal... Where I worked there was a lot of cheapskates and non-tippers, but anyways I'm not getting into that... The "Trilogy" was soup, salad and some bread... So, having not forgotten our roots this is the Pearl Jam trilogy... Maybe you can figure it out as we go... This first one is the salad... It's called Leatherman... ~ Eddie Vedder

Before we finish tonight, I was just going to mention there's a guy that we've known for quite a while... And he's a great friend, and he's a great artist, and he's got an eye for architecture... He really loves the land... He's a world traveler... He paints... He skateboards... He's a great great friend, great companion and a great member of this band... Jeff Ament... It's an interesting barometer of what type of human being a person is when they acquire a bit of money... What do they do with that money?... Where do they spend it on?... Who do they take care of?... What do they do for themselves?... Who are the other people they take care of?... When Jeff got a bit of money from our band working in Seattle... The first thing he did was move back here... That's quite a while ago... I think by knowing his past he sees into the future and he loves this land, he loves this community... And if he's backing Jon Tester then he must be the guy cause he wouldn't live us astray... ~ Eddie Vedder

Latest Vault is off to a rough start. Guitars sound off. Background vocals on DTE way off key. ED is out of tune on 1/2 Full and Insignificant. Does anyone know If they were having monitor problems or if was the first show Ed used in ear monitors? Sounds really RUFF

I am almost certain this is the first show they began using the in ear monitors.  Things are wonky on side A, they are better from there on.
