  • Exactly the same thing I was thinking today after listening to Winnipeg 2005 earlier.

I think it's going to be "Canadian" for a while.

    First up, Vancouver 2000.

Chicago '09, now those were great shows! I'd much rather they'd been played at Allstate Arena or even up at Alpine because I dislike United Center so much, but still two great nights of PJ!

Those were two of the best PJ shows I ever saw! Even the Tribune and the Sun Times seemed impressed that they played two shows in a row and only repeated 5 songs.

Woke up with Long Road stuck in my head so after some consideration I chose Mansfield 3, 2003. I love the acoustic pre-set more than any other PJ acoustic show. Sometimes is really amazing and All Those Yesterdays needs to get played more. The electric set is immense too, best Breakerfall Ed howl ever! No Alive, Even Flow or Small Town makes the show almost surreal and the quality of the setlist is ridiculously good. I love PJ doing Know Your Rights. My day has officially started....

    Dublin 02 Arena - 22/6/10. Belfast Odyssey Arena - 23/6/10. London Hyde Park - 25/6/10. Berlin Wuhlheide - 30/6/10.
    Manchester MEN - 20/06/12. Manchester MEN - 21/06/12

Yes, I'm enjoying our summer of an average of 35 C for the last 2 weeks at least... on the other hand I just finished from work, I'm getting a six pack and I'm going straight to the beach 10 minutes drive from my home! I wish I get to see NAIS live one day too...

Just signed into the site, opened the PJ radio window, and just happened to catch the end of Corduroy from 9/12/11 Toronto (the show i was at). Too bad they didn't play the whole show. But does anyone know if they already played any of the 2012 boots on PJ radio?

Somehow I never get around to listening to a couple of shows from each tour so every so often I break one out. Tonight it's been Toronto 1, 2006. Wow, what a show. Just coming to the close of a great second encore. I love PJ in Canada.... :D

    SET 1:
    Release
    World Wide Suicide
    Life Wasted
    Severed Hand
    Hail, Hail
    Unemployable
    Dissident
    Even Flow
    Corduroy
    I Am Mine
    Low Light
    Whipping
    You Are
    I Got Id
    Cinnamon Girl
    Better Man
    Jeremy
    Marker In The Sand
    Black
    Rearviewmirror

    ENCORE 1:
    Wasted Reprise
    Man Of The Hour
Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In A Small Town
    State Of Love And Trust
    Do The Evolution
    Alive

    ENCORE 2:
    Go
    Crazy Mary
    Fuckin' Up
    Indifference
    Yellow Ledbetter

Oh yeah and I listened to Newark 10 at work today, that must be one of my most listened to shows this year... :D

I'm gonna agree with you there. They usually come to Canada every 3 or 4 years, so when they do come they make some good setlists. I have Toronto 1992, 1993 (bad quality), 1996, 2000, Ottawa 2005, and i should be getting Toronto 2 2011 soon in the mail. That reminds me, would anyone happen to have a somewhat decent quality version of Toronto 1993, because the one i have is really bad.

Got Albuquerque '00 on. This is quite a show. Off He Goes was beautiful and Black was mesmerizing. Probably ones of the best Black I heard on a boot.

Really awesome show indeed Ian. The Black at that show is one of the best of the tour for sure. I saw you had Lubbock on earlier, I love that show too. Quite a relaxed vibe. PJ should play Texas next tour, it's been a ridiculous drought there... :|

Yeah Lubbock was very relaxed, was good. But Albequerque is something!!!

I've been going through #49 to #72 in order. Hope to finish them before the Manchester boots arrive if they are on sale next week!

Dallas was a strange one - during Porch Ed started mumbling 'wifebeaters' and then went on a major rant afterwards before going into Leaving Here
