    You do make a valid point in that Radiohead are damned either way for the albums they produce. I can appreciate that there must be an enormous weight of expectancy after producing their past albums but this doesn’t hide my disappointment at the direction their music has now gone.

    And I agree with your view of In Rainbows. I hated that too, it sounded too….safe.

    No big deal, but just to be clear, I was not implying that you suggested I was blinkered. I was simply stating that I am not of the people who are blinkered.

    I have already acknowledged that I realize my argument was not the best one to make and yet you keep repeating the same rebuttal over and over. Again, as I've already stated, OF COURSE you have the right to make a personal emotive choice or have an opinion or however you want to put it. People are bound to disagree; that's just the way it is. There is really nothing you can say that will make me go, "Oh, hmm you know, he's right!" And on the flipside, I'm sure there is nothing I can say that will make you go, "Oh you know what, he's right!" So go ahead and keep arguing all you want. Nobody is really right or wrong, it's all a matter of opinion. I am over it. Listen to it if you want, don't listen if you don't want. It's that simple. Case closed. Good day.

    I've noticed just as much hostility from the people who don't like this album.

    I don't see why this has to turn into a shit-fest.

    Anyway, talking about the actual music here, "Give Up the Ghost" is hitting hard for me at the moment. Had it on repeat for awhile.

    Wow. I am loving this album! Don't understand all the hate for it. What really baffles me is people saying they don't "get it." There's nothing to get! It's music, you just listen and enjoy!

    Definitely tops In Rainbows for me. Best since Hail to the Thief. I would say my favorites are: The Bends, Kid A, Hail to the Thief and The King of Limbs. Starting with The Bends, that's every other album, funny.

    Fitter Happier, Electioneering & Climbing Up The Walls. (#s 7,8,9). They just don't do anything for me.

    And chill out, bro. Radiohead is a great band but it doesn't mean I like every song they've ever done. I've already said I'm done arguing...no need to keep dragging it out. :roll:

    i am chill amigo... like a polar bear in fridge... you were the one who came back at people who don't like the album and then asking them to produce something better... so i came back at you for the apparent hypocrisy of that statement and now you don't like it... which is why you've taken your ball home and you're not allowing us to play football ;);)
