1) Please READ the steps below before actually doing them. You will need to take a proper photo, have it ready for upload, and have the requested information gathered / ready for submission.

2) Go to https://www.yearbookordercenter.com/ and enter order # 13732, then click “Continue.”

3) Click “Upload Photos” on the right, then click “Yes” to continue to eShare.

4) Enter your info, read and agree to the terms & conditions, and click “Browse for Images.”

5) Select your personally-owned portrait from your hard-drive or other media. GUIDELINES:
-we strongly recommend you take a new pic, so that it’s current and meets these specifications
-high resolution at 300 PPI minimum, at least 900 pixels (3 inches) wide
-2x3 aspect ratio, in a vertical (portrait) position
-head and shoulders only, facing front, hands should not be showing
-wearing appropriate and tasteful attire
-taken in front of a solid-colored background, if possible
-cross between a passport photo and a yearbook pic, make it nice
-do NOT crop it tightly, we will need some room to edit for uniformity
-photos that do not meet the above criteria can not be used in the yearbook

6) Click “OK” to confirm the upload.

7) Fill out the form beneath your photo with the following information:
-In the "Grade(s) of students" field, type in your country.
-In the "Student(s) shown" in picture field, type in your full name, followed by (mugshot). Example: “Colleen Palacios (mugshot)”
-In the "Description" field, type in your city & state / province, and OPTIONALLY: your most-used online handle (such as TenClub username).
-Also in the "Description" field... we are taking a poll of the participants to possibly be used for a “fun stats” type of page, so please include more info (also OPTIONAL):
*your age as of August 27, 2011
*your occupation
*1st PJ show you attended
*favorite PJ show you attended
*your favorite venue that PJ has played
*your favorite PJ album
*your favorite PJ song
*your favorite PJ lyric
*your favorite PJ band member
*your favorite piece of PJ memorabilia or merchandise

8) Finally, click “Submit Image Information.”

9) Deadline for class photo submissions: MARCH 23, 2011.

10) OPTIONAL: If you would like to order your own personal copy of the yearbook, return to the Yearbook Order Center page (https://www.yearbookordercenter.com/ with order #13732) , click on “Buy a Yearbook” on the left, and follow the prompts. Pre-ordering now will save you $5!
-Note: all proceeds from these yearbook sales are going toward the Wishlist Foundation in the form of tax-deductible donations. Everyone who purchases a yearbook will receive a receipt for your charitable contribution.

HOW TO TAKE A PROPER PHOTO

The photo should be of you, alone. No groups. No dogs. No weird concert lighting. In focus. of just YOU.

Step 1: Get pretty
Step 2: Stand in front of the mirror in a well lit bathroom
Step 3: Edit your mobile camera's setting to HIGH RES or LARGE or whatever the highest megapixel is
Step 4: Hold your arm up and angle the eye of the camera towards your face. You should see the viewfinder in the reflection of the mirror (unless you have an iPhone where it faces you)
Step 5: Focus on your face in the reflection of your viewfinder in the bathroom mirror. Make sure you are in focus and all of your head and shoulders is in the frame. Make sure you are well lit. Hold still.
Step 6: Look at the camera eye and take the photo.

Repeat Steps 4-6 until you have a photo you like, then submit it to the Yearbook following the directions above.

You, the FANS, are a dynamic, interesting, & diverse part of Pearl Jam’s 20-year history. Not unlike a high school yearbook, our book will have several unique sections to thumb through, and one of them will be “Class Photos.” Well guess what, YOU are a class member! By being a Pearl Jam fan, you are an important part of their history, and we want to honor each and every one of you! We strongly encourage every person in the Pearl Jam fan community to get involved, and this is the first simple step...

We hereby invite ALL Pearl Jam fans to participate, by submitting a photo (a.k.a. “mugshot”) of yourself to be included in the yearbook’s “Class Photos” section!!!

SUBMISSION OF YOUR PHOTO AND INFORMATION IS TOTALLY ***FREE*** so just follow the steps below:

-at LEAST 900 pixels wide by 1350 pixels tall AFTER cropping, the larger the better
-you should be the ONLY person in the photo
-it should be relatively RECENT... we're not looking for your 3rd grade elementary school pic with your front teeth missing
-head and shoulders only, facing front, hands should not be showing
-wearing appropriate and tasteful attire

-make sure it is actually IN FOCUS

Your photos and information will be kept strictly confidential and will ONLY be used for this yearbook project. The only people with access to them are the Wishlist Foundation’s yearbook staff. Our goal is to have this project completed by this summer so that yearbooks may be distributed in time for the 20th anniversary “Weekend Bash,” where you can bring it along and have your fellow fans autograph their photos (and you can autograph your own, in their yearbooks!). While we *hope* that people who make submissions will also be interested in buying the final product, it is not mandatory. Again, your participation is *FREE*, and it will cement your name and face in the tangible pages of Pearl Jam’s history!
