Not a main character but Nana had a run-in with a less-than-reputable looking fellow in an ally when she was looking for Chemical Bank. But don't judge a book by it's cover as he turned out to be quite nice and pointed her in the direction of the main customer service branch. "Ask for Mr. Fleming. He'll help you."

Man, good question. I can't tell if I'm making this up or not. But I feel like Elaine yells, "Susie!" I think George does it again, too, but I can't think of what he yells.
