We have a place here in Vegas just opened last year called "Windy City Beefs N Dogs"...took my son there yesterday for Chicago dogs and an Italian Beef - DELICIOUS!!!! The place was packed, and there were a lot of Chicago natives there raving about the food. I highly recommend it!

The thing I like most about time is that it's not real. It's all in the head. Sure, it's a useful trick to use if you want to meet someone at a specific place in the universe and have tea or coffee- but that's all it is- a trick. There is no such thing as the past. It exists only in the memory. There is no such thing as the future. It exists only in our imagination. If our watches were truly accurate, the only thing they would ever say is "Now". That's what time it is. It's "Now". - Damien Echols

a friend of mine lives near golf and algonquin but she HATEs chinese food. mamasan- let's get some pings one day. they have one of my favorites: honey-glazed walnut shrimp
Yea the old man chef in the back is Ping..The original owner of Yus..His daughter is the main hostes Huey (Yes like Huey lewis). I noticed a few years back that Yus just wasnt up to the excellence of years past and my guy Tony (older oriental waiter) told me that Yus was sold and the owners wanted to open up a new joint with less headaches since Yus was so big, many employeess, yada yada yada. You can see that Pings is much smaller.
Yus is still very good dont get me wrong but Pings is superb. I think since they are newer and trying to get the word out they are putting extra emphasis on quality and portion size.

Two locations in less than a year! I'll have to try the place when I'm out there in April. Thanks.
